Volcafe brings North American operations under direct leadership

(CONNECT) Volcafe North America is now the sole representative of Volcafe and its brands in the USA and Canada. According to a statement, all activities in these countries will be managed directly by Volcafe, following the conclusion of Volcafe's previous licensing agreement with Volcafe USA. The former licensee now operates independently under the name Coastal Commodities and no longer represents the Volcafe, Volcafe Specialty, Volcafe Way, Volcafe Verified, and Volcafe Excellence brands.

With all activities consolidated under Volcafe North America, based in Irvington in New York, the region is now fully integrated into Volcafe's global platform. The company is headquartered in Winterthur.

As Volcafe continues, because customers increasingly value traceability and sustainability, it has become essential for the green coffee merchant to maintain complete control of the supply chain – from farmers to roasters. The company believes this to be the only way to ensure transparency and reliability at every step.
