Oneservice to handle field service for Technobis in Europe as well
Feusisberg/Alkmaar - Technobis, the Dutch supplier of laboratory systems for research activities, has expanded its strategic partnership with oneservice. After assuming responsibility for after-sales on the US market, the company from the Swiss canton of Schwyz will now also handle field service capabilities in Europe for the crystallization systems developed by Technobis.
(CONNECT) Oneservice and Technobis have intensified their collaboration. According to a press release, the company from Feusisberg in the canton of Schwyz, Switzerland, will assume responsibility for field service capabilities in Europe in relation to crystallization systems developed by Technobis. This collaboration builds on the existing partnership between the two companies focused on the US market.
Oneservice specializes in outsourcing services for the life sciences, diagnostics and medical device industries. Among other aspects, this encompasses field service, repair, refurbishment, installation, maintenance, training, logistics and customer support. “With its proven expertise and industry-leading service infrastructure, oneservice ensures fast, reliable, and high-quality support for its partners”, according to Technobis.
For its part, Technobis develops laboratory solutions for innovative pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, fine chemicals, fossil and green fuels, as well as food and personal care products. “This partnership will enable us to enhance our service offerings and ensure our US and European clients receive the highest level of care”, as Nick van Loo, Global Head of Technical Service at Technobis, explains in the press release.
