3DWAYS offers free supply chain analysis in the smart cities sector

(CONNECT) 3DWAYS is planning to enter the Swiss market. According to a statement, the research and development and supply chain optimization specialist based in Porto Salvo near Lisbon is offering major Swiss original equipment manufacturers in the smart cities and urban mobility sector a free analysis of their supply chains.

3DWAYS’ offer includes a guaranteed three concrete proposals within two weeks that promise to reduce costs, risks, and environmental impact compared to the previous supply chain. The company has access to a network of over 200 experts and more than 4,000 partner companies in six countries.

3DWAYS developed solutions for Siemens Mobility bike rental stations after Siemens was unable to find any suitable options on the market, according to the statement. “Through its working tools, allied to the dynamic team that was involved in the process, not only the solution for the problem was guaranteed, but also the delivery on a significant scale (and very quickly),” Diogo Matos, project manager at Siemens Mobility, is quoted as saying. His company is looking forward to the next problems it can solve with 3DWAYS.

Among the more than 300 customers that 3DWAYS has already worked for are Schréder Hyperion and Vision Box. As well as urban mobility, 3DWAYS supplies industries including medtech and home electronics.
