Lavie launches debut clothing collection

Langenthal - Lavie has launched its first clothing collection. According to the home textiles manufacturer from Langenthal in the Swiss canton of Bern, ‘Love lavie’ comprises shirts, trousers, shorts and dresses – all made from organic cotton – that can be worn as both nightwear and streetwear.

Lavie, a Balsiger Textil AG brand headquartered in Langenthal, has launched its first collection of day and nightwear. The shirts, trousers, shorts and dresses in the Love lavie range can be worn as pyjamas as well as cosy everyday wear, according to a statement. “The collection combines the comfort of high-quality pyjamas with a relaxed look that works almost anywhere,” writes lavie.

The pieces can be combined, and are all unisex and slightly oversized. They are available in four colours: ash rose, spinach, undyed and washed black. For the collection, the home textiles manufacturer used the same organic cotton that features in its Louise bed linen. The materials hold the bioRe quality label and are certified in accordance with Oeko-tex Standard 100.

An exclusive preview will take place during Zurich Design Weeks from 19 to 21 September in the lavie showroom at Weststrasse 145. There will be five different styles in four colours to try on. The new models are expected to be available in stores from early October 2024. ce/ww
